One of the asset classes I get the most requests to do an interview on is farmland.
Largely because it’s a form of real estate investment that yields cash flow by producing commodities -- all attractive qualities to investors worried about inflation and/or the loss of purchasing power of fiat currencies.
And if you watched Craig Wichner’s presentation at the recent Thoughtful Money conference, you received a detailed update on how this asset class compares favorably on a number of metrics to traditional stocks and bonds.

Messrs. Adam & Craig, I very much would like to thank you both for putting on a great presentation. I am an existing investor in Farmland LP. I felt I was pretty knowledgeable on the investment already, but I still walked away with a massive new appreciation for new macro and micro insights from Craig's talk in the meeting tonight. You two are very sympatico!
Adam, you seemingly pretend you already do not know the answer(s) but you clearly do. Your interview style allows the Pros (like Craig, Melodie, et al.) to educate the public in a neutral and an unoffensive way with your approach and style.
I commend you both for your great webinar tonight, but mostly to you, Adam, for bringing complex Wall St to the commoner like me. I am a C student from a Vocational high school who has had to work hard to understand these concepts.
