Love Lance and grateful you have such a diverse group of opinions on this show. Only issue I have is sometimes I think Lance can cling to really oversimplified narratives and just put it out there as a statement of fact. I.e., “we had DeepSeek scare but found out that was nothing” - really? Are we so sure just a couple weeks out that that was nothing? “We know gold is moving out of London because of tariffs” - you sure that’s the only reason? “There is no value to gold other than what someone will pay for it” - mind-numbingly oversimplified argument that seems to not grasp the base case for gold as a sound asset that central banks have been loading up on because they value it as a neutral reserve asset.
