If you could have some guests on who can speak to or who focus on that portion of our society, I think it would be eye opening for many. We readily admit that those benefiting from the market has become a minority within the population, but your guests only focus on those of us who do benefit. If the wealth divide becomes much worse, we could be in for a rough ride.
My views would align more with Ms. Booth right now than with Mr. Roberts. As a retired banker I have lived through too many economic cycles to ignore what is happening today. I believe your concerns are real and that some focus on the plight of the everyday worker needs more discussion. The unprecedented levels of debt at all layers in the economy is not a sign that things are going smoothly.
